Childcare Lawyer

Childcare Lawyer to join a well-respected local authority within East of England, for an initial 3 months with view to extension.

The successful Childcare Lawyer will undertake their own caseload, with duties including but not limited to;

• Advocacy, including contested and non-contested hearings
• Managing a busy caseload of childcare matters
• Acting as a legal advisor to a wide range of clients in relation to their Children's social care functions

Local Authority experience is desirbale for this post, however we do advise those who hold a background within Private Childcare to apply to be considered for shortlisting.
