Legal Counsel position covering a period of maternity leave for 6 months,

The Head of Legal is looking to hire a commercial contracts lawyer on a 6 month contract to cover a colleague's maternity leave.

Supporting key stakeholders across the business you will handle a broad range of commercial matters including
- Procurement, supply chain, finance, marketing and IT contracts
- NDA's, research and intercompany agreements
- Intellectual Property and Trademark matters
- JV's, compliance and export matters

You will handle cutting edge technology, global partners and have a hands-on pragmatic approach to problem solving.
