Corporate Associate (5+ PQE) - 14879/TTL

One of the world’s pre-eminent law firms is seeking a mid to senior level associate to join its corporate team in Hong Kong.  You will mainly provide corporate governance advice on large and complex transactions. To qualify for this role, you are required to have at least 5 years’ PQE in corporate transactions with a leading international/local law firm plus with excellent working knowledge of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance and Takeovers Code. Fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin Chinese is necessary. REF: 14879/TTL
