Residential Conveyancer.
A legal 500 law firm at an exciting stage of expansion is seeking a residential conveyancer with experience in a fast–paced busy environment to join their reputable team.
The team has undergone changes in the past eighteen months with the appointment of a new head of department. They are now set up so a residential conveyancer coming in only has to focus on the main part of the transaction - you will have the help of a new business team to undertake the initial file set up and a post completion team to assist in the latter stages!
As part of its growth strategy, this legal 500 listed law firm is seeking to bring on board an experienced residential conveyancer with at least two years’ experience, who can hit the ground running handing a full caseload to include freehold and leasehold, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and new-build matters. This is a fast paced environment so you must be proactive and confident with the ability to work under pressure.
As a residential conveyancer within this team, you will have a friendly and supportive team around you who all work together towards a common goals. In that sense, you will always have cover for holidays and absences!
