Commercial Litigation lawyer 2 – 6 years’ PQE GUERNSEY

Commercial law firm in Guernsey is seeking to recruit a Commercial Litigation lawyer of between 2 and 6 years’ PQE. The team has represented clients in some of the largest and most complex cases to have taken place in the Channel Islands and has of the largest dispute resolution teams in the jurisdiction, focused on international work.They are widely acknowledged for their expertise in fields including investment fund litigation, commercial fraud, insolvency, professional indemnity and contentious trust litigation. In addition to undertaking work of the highest quality, the successful candidate can also expect to have a significant, hands-on part to play in any of the matters he or she assists with.

Our client is perfectly happy to consider Commercial Litigation generalists or Litigation specialists (though specialists must want to revert to a more generalist caseload). Candidates will currently be working in the England & Wales or Scottish jurisdictions or in one of the traditional offshore jurisdictions.
