A Corporate lawyer of between 1 and 5 years’ PQE is required by this well-regarded commercial law firm based in Guernsey. This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to progress their career in a friendly, professional team undertaking high quality Corporate work. The role involves advising international and domestic companies, directors, shareholders and other stakeholders on the full range of corporate activity. Candidates will specialise in Corporate law and currently work for a commercial law firm in the England & Wales or Scottish jurisdictions or perhaps already be working in one of the offshore jurisdictions.
