Outstanding opportunity for a Corporate lawyer of 3 or more years’ PQE to join the BVI office of this leading offshore law firm. The team’s mergers and acquisition work encompasses public and private transactions involving British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Irish, Jersey and Luxembourg companies both domestically and cross border. They routinely work on the largest and most complex transactions involving companies from those jurisdictions utilising the technical strength and depth of experience of their lawyers across their offices worldwide. Our client welcomes applications from candidates currently specialising in Corporate law and ideally you will be working for a well-regarded commercial law firm in either the England & Wales or Scottish jurisdictions. Applications from Corporate lawyers already working offshore would also be welcome.
