Company Secretarial Senior Officer.
My professional services client is seeking to recruit an experienced corporate secretarial professional to join their growing Corporate Services team. In this role, you will have day to day responsibility for a portfolio containing a mix of regulated and unregulated real estate and corporate entities.
As Senior Officer, some of your responsibilities will include:
- working on the setup and on-boarding of client structures, and administering complex international structures
- reviewing the preparation and ongoing monitoring of KYC and Client Due Diligence
- preparing for and conducting board and shareholders meetings
- maintaining statutory registers for entities and ensuring filing requirements are met
- advising on best practice, preparing for and providing board support services
- assisting the company secretary/senior manager in all matters related to the Group entity.
Relevant qualifications such as ICSA would be held in high regard but is not essential. What is essential is board support and minute-taking experience, ideally from a financial or professional services environment.
