Your new role

A legal counsel position (maternity cover) reporting into the General Counsel focusing on commercial, corporate and other generalist matters including litigation and intellectual property. You work will include dealing with a range of corporate finance transactions, including acquisitions and disposals (both share and asset) for buyer and seller, joint ventures and shareholder agreements in addition to general corporate advisory work.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a qualified lawyer with thorough training from a reputable law firm with 4+ PQE (as a guide only). Subsequent in-house experience is welcomed, though it is not essential . You will have excellent technical and contractual ability, the skills to advise the business as a generalist advisor and be accustomed to building relationships and managing stakeholders at all levels.
