Our client, who are have a long-established history and a fantastic reputation. The practice is a 2-partner firm with an established team of solicitors. They are very busy and can boast a high quality and varied client base.
You will be responsible for a pre-existing caseload as well as being actively involved in the development of new files and clients.
Services that the firm offer include;
- Transfer of equity
- Wills & Probate
- Lasting powers of attorney
- Administration of estates
- inheritance tax
- Capital gains tax
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be qualified as solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 5 years' experience. You will already have dealt with Private Client matters in your previous role. STEP would be an advantage but not a deal breaker for the role.
Our client are happy to offer both full and part time hours for the right person and they are willing to be flexible to attract the right person to the business.
