Junior Corporate Solicitor

A newly qualified or soon to qualify solicitor is sought to join the corporate team of this renowned regional firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop the skills gained during the commercial and corporate seats of their training contract, particularly those who have gained exposure to multiple facets of corporate law.

Given the reputation of the firm, the successful applicant will have a strong interest in the subject matter, operate in a proactive and intuitive manner, and be eager to engage in both business development and client facing scenarios. The ideal applicant will have previous experience with a number of the following; working with organisations of all sizes, dealing with mergers and acquisitions, advising company and venture capital transactions, or advising on shareholder agreements.
