My client is a modern forward-thinking firm of Solicitors, they have been established in the area for over 30 years and have. They are seeking top talent to join and be part of their continuing success. We are assisting in the recruitment of an experienced Conveyancer due to internal promotion.

They are looking to recruit a qualified Solicitor, Conveyancer or Legal Executive with experience however they will consider unqualified candidates with 5 years+ experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner

The role
As a fee earner you will be responsible for a caseload of residential conveyancing files from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for but not limited to;

• Freehold and Leasehold
• Help to Buy
• New build (purchase and sale)
• Right to Buy
• Shared ownership
• Mortgages/Re-mortgages
• Sales / Purchase

The candidate
You will have a minimum of 5 years PQE, you will be an effective team player and will demonstrate excellent client can internal communication skills, we well as the ability to build and maintain client relationships. ideally you will have experience using case management systems.
