Who We Are Looking For:

We are open minded as to your background, but we are particularly keen to hear from current recruitment consultants with professional services sector experience. Legal recruitment experience is not essential. We are also very interested to hear from lawyers (senior Paralegal, CILEX or Solicitor) looking for a change of direction. Over 60% of the consultants in Birmingham come from a legal background. Educated to degree level, you will have the confidence and ability to build relationships with lawyers as both candidates and clients. Whilst we do provide an exceptional platform on which to build your business, you will have an appetite for business development. You will possess an outgoing personality, be team oriented and have a strong work ethic.
