A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a solicitor to join a US firm’s leading leveraged finance practice as a Senior Associate in London.
The firm has recently been strengthened by addition of several high-profile Partners in recent years. You can expect to be working with some rockstars in this field of law.
The role will suit a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 4 – 7 years’ post qualification experience in this area. The successful applicant is likely to have an excellent academic record and will have gained experience at a leading city, international, boutique or US firm.
The global team advise a broad spectrum of impressive clients on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions and debt restructurings.
