BCL Legal is pleased to be recruiting for a junior to mid level Family Solicitor on behalf of our client, a leading regional firm, to join their Family team in High Wycombe.

The Role:

Working for this firm as a family solicitor your role will entail providing specialist advice and guidance to clients through the entire divorce and separation process.

This includes:

* Divorce
* Financial Remedy
* Private Law Child Arrangements
* Occupation/Non-Molestation Orders
* Schedule 1 Children Act
* Pre and Post Marital or Pre and Post Civil Partnership Agreements
* Cohabitee Agreements
* Separation Agreements

You will also play an important role in the business development of the department whilst building and nurturing existing client relationships.

The Candidate:

* Qualified family solicitor with 2-5 years' PQE
* Experience in all aspects of Family law
