• Post and pre-nuptial agreements
• Representation at courts

The Candidate
• Applications are welcomed from qualified solicitors or legal executives with a minimum of three years’ PQE
• Ideally, you will be technically proficient with solid experience across a broad range of private family matters
• Having a consistent billing history is necessary
• It would be advantageous to possess exceptional client care and communication skills
• Ideally, you will be proactive and organised in your approach
