Equity Derivatives Lawyer

About the Equity Derivatives Lawyer role:

This is a great opportunity for a derivatives lawyer to join a leading investment bank based in London working on a a range of big ticket transactional and regulatory work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing legal support in relation to equity swap and synthetic prime brokerage documentation;
• Assisting with matters relating to electronic trading platforms;
• Advising on structured and flow equity swaps, securities financing transactions, financed options, margin lending and corporate equity derivative transactions;
• Involvement in review of ongoing regulatory development impacting the products and services.

Your Key Skills:

This role is best suited to a lawyer with at least 4 years PQE from either a private practice or in-house background advising on OTC derivatives with an understanding of equity definitions and negotiation, margin loans and secured finance transactions. You should be comfortable dealing with a wide range of work which is high paced and very business focused.
