A forward-thinking legal firm is recruiting for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing Manchester team. This Legal 500 firm has a leading team of renowned Solicitors and Partners working on an interesting variety of both regional and cross-border Commercial Property matters.
The Work:
You will be joining a team that handles wide a range of high quality property transactions. The Commercial Property team will advise and assist on all aspects of Commercial Real Estate including major retail; mixed use and office developments; property financing and Commercial landlord and tenant matters; and portfolio acquisitions and disposals as well as providing draft documentation and updates to clients.
