Multi accredited firm in Wiltshire seeks a driven Family Lawyer.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a lawyer who possesses solid experience in family to join our client’s multi-office practice situated in Wiltshire. The role will require the successful Family Lawyer to work three days a week in the firm’s Chippenham office and two days a week in its Swindon office. The successful applicant will enjoy undertaking a varied caseload in a friendly and professional working environment.
Responsibilities

• Divorce
• Domestic abuse
• Injunctions
• Cohabitation agreements
• Separation
• Post and pre-nuptial agreements
• Taking instructions from clients
The Candidate
• Applications are welcome from solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of two years’ PQE in family matters
• Possessing experience in family finance matters is highly desired
• Ability to undertake advocacy in the Family Court is essential
• Be a strong communicator both verbally and written
• Having good knowledge of Microsoft Office and a good standard of numeracy would be beneficial
