Civil Litigation Solicitor

Sue Ross Legal are recruiting for a Civil Litigation Solicitor on behalf of a law firm based on the outskirts of Doncaster. 

You will be handling your own caseload of Civil Litigation files from start to finish comprising Dispute Resolution, Contract Disputes, Consumer Protection and Professional Negligence files. 

To be considered for this role you should have circa 2 years’ experience handling Civil Litigation files including litigated cases and have;

-    Knowledge of FCA regulations and Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 
-    Knowledge of various litigation funding 
-    Knowledge of Part 36 offers
