Our client is looking for a commercial litigation solicitor to join their team in Plymouth to help manage their paralegals. You'll be part of a team responsible for providing technical supervision and development to paralegals, but will also work with the wider commercial litigation team, supporting a number of client projects. It is anticipated that the majority of your time will be spent working with team leaders and other stakeholders within the commercial group scoping out projects, agreeing training requirements for the team, establishing service standards and methods of quality control, providing technical supervision and development for the paralegals in your team.
