Family Solicitor/Legal Executive.
Our client is a known two Partner Solicitors Practice in North West Oxfordshire, which prides itself on providing a friendly and professional service to all its clients.
The firm specialises in Private Family Law, Residential Property Conveyancing, Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and Inheritance Tax planning.
Due to an increase in work load, the Family department is seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the practice.
This role can be full or part time.
The firm support agile working arrangements; therefore, we would welcome applicants needing a degree of flexibility or perhaps returning to work after a career break.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years privately funded Family Law experience dealing with:
• Divorce - including breakdown of Civil Partnerships
• Breakdown of unmarried relationships
• Financial Settlements and Maintenance
• Arrangements for the children
• Cohabitation Agreements
All previous experience levels will be considered, including recently qualified Solicitors/Legal Executives to more experienced candidates.
Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
