Experienced Family Lawyer sought for a well-established Lincoln practice, offering a competitive and excellent benefits package on a full or part-time, permanent basis.
A great opportunity has now arisen in our client’s busy family department in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. The role is suited to solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of five years’ PQE and a strong grounding in family law. Additionally, you will be required to supervise junior members of the team, ensuring continued development and success of the practice.
Responsibilities
• Publicly and privately funded matrimonial matters
• Experience of high net worth cases
• Pre and post-nuptial agreements
• Divorce
• Ancillary relief
• Children Act applications and orders
• Separation agreements
• Cohabitation disputes and agreements
• Resolution and mediation
• Conduct own advocacy where required
• Business development, networking and marketing
The Candidate
• Ideally, a solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of five years’ PQE
• Experience of all aspects of family law is essential
• Resolution membership and/or Family Law Accreditation would be highly desirable
• Have access to own transport as you may be required to travel to firm’s other office locations
• Undertake business development, networking and marketing activities
• Ability to supervise junior members of the team is preferred
