This successful and progressive US law firm are looking for an experienced and ambitious CAREER PARALEGAL to join their busy FUNDS department.
Reporting directly to the fee earners within all aspects of FUNDS work - you will be involved in all paralegal tasks from proofreading, bibling, due diligence and all aspects of transactional work.
Candidates should have at least two years' City experience within corporate/banking in a known City law firm (preferably a US law firm) and be LPC qualified.
