CORPORATE COMMERCIAL LAWYER - HERTFORDSHIRE – PERMANENT POSITION
Our client, a well established award winning law firm in Hertfordshire with an existing corporate commercial law practice and within reach of London is looking to recruit a further company commercial lawyer to join their corporate commercial law team.
Candidates will need to have experience in:
- commercial contracts; and
- corporate acquisitions and disposals.
The role may also involve working on other areas of corporate and commercial law, as well as financings and re-organisations.
The role will also include taking an active involvement in business development.
