I am working with one of the North West's Leading Law Firm's who are looking to recruit an IT Technician / Junior Proclaim Developer to their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a junior IT technician to be part of a team that provide you with the foundations to further establish your career within the Legal Sector. All training will be provided on Proclaim (legal case management system).
You must be proficient in MS Windows, MS Office (particularly word, excel and outlook). Previous experience within an IT help desk role is ideal and experience within the following:
TCP/IP network, Windows Vista, Windows 2008 Server, Exchange 2007 and VPN and Proclaim Case management System.
You will be responsible for responding to IT support issues by telephone, email, post and face to face. You will be maintaining PC installations and configuring Windows operating system as well as responding to first line issues when required.
