A Part-Time Private Client Lawyer is required by one of the largest practices in the area, located in a buzzing and affluent office in Loughton, Essex. The business is a general practice providing advice to a broad cross section of the local community. Its influence has spread in recent years to a client base that is now nationwide and in some instances international.
The Role
- Working as part of this dynamic team, you will be involved in all aspects of Wills and Probate, Estate Planning and Trusts.
- You will need to be a good communicator, able to manage, encourage and develop the other members of the team and work closely with Partners and fee earners from other disciplines.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years’ PQE gained at a reputable firm
- Experience in areas of Private Client law including wills and probate, estate planning and trusts
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong academic background
