A successful firm in Newton-Le-Willows is looking for an experienced Legal Executive to join their Personal Injury team for a full-time, permanent role as they undergo a period of expansion.
Responsibilities of your new role
Joining this excellent Personal Injury team as their new Legal Executive, you will run your own caseload of multi-track claims. Your work will include:
- Investigating limitation, liability, causation and assessing quantum
- Advising clients and taking initial instruction
- Drafting court documents
- Evidence gathering
- Negotiation, resolution and litigation
- Court proceedings and compliance
- Complying with office procedures and policies
Candidate requirements
The team seeks a qualified Legal Executive who demonstrates:
- Experience managing your own caseload of Personal Injury claims
- Litigation experience
- Excellent academics
