Legal 500 law firm specialising in the area of Immigration and Public Law with offices situated across the UK are seeking experienced Public Law Solicitors to be based in Leicester.
The successful candidate must have excellent knowledge in public funded Public Law matters as well as the ability to serve privately funded cases. A good knowledge of Judicial Review work is essential.
You will undertake a variety of cases involving issues such as Human Rights, Appeals, Bail & Detained Asylum Casework and Judicial Review as well as undertaking your own advocacy.
You will have the ability to supervise, lead and develop the Public law team in Leicester and preferably meet the criteria for supervisor status.
