In-House Corporate Paralegal

Client

You will be joining a true global name in the media and entertainment space, one which owns multiple brands worldwide.

Role

You will be based at the organisation's cutting-edge and high-spec central London offices.

You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, getting involved in a wide range of corporate and M&A transactions and corporate issues as well as wider matters including commercial contracts and day to day legal issues.

You will have the ability to continue your development and learning by enjoying the support of a hugely talented existing in-house legal team.

You will be rewarded with a highly attractive remuneration package.

This role will initially be on a 12-month contract basis, but may be able to be made permanent.

You

You will have a Law Degree and possibly also have undertaken or be undertaking the GDL and/or LPC.  You will have some prior in-house exposure to corporate or M&A transactions and wider all-round corporate matters.  Prior experience of media/tv/broadcasting/entertainment related matters and issues would be highly advantageous.
