Commercial Solicitor

LAW Absolute are currently working with a highly regarded private practice who are seeking a Company Commercial Lawyer to join them for a period of nine months.

You will be expected to manage a full commercial caseload of the following matters; terms of business, shareholder and partnership agreements, insolvency, contracts, finance agreements and venture capital funding arrangements.

The successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running and work without supervision.
