LAW Absolute are currently working with a Top 200 practice who are currently seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join their Development & Housing Team.

The duties of the role will include; acquisition and disposals of development land, secured lending, easements and covenants, planning and infrastructure agreements and non-contentious construction documentation.

The successful candidate will be joining part of a highly successful team who deal with high quality work and have an excellent reputation among clients.
