My client is an established law practice with offices in both Leeds and North Yorkshire, they are a multi-disciplined firm with a fantastic reputation. They are no seeking to develop their property division further with the appointment of a Commercial Property Solicitor with 10 years PQE

The Role

As the successful candidate you will handle a varied caseload whilst providing clients with high quality commercial advice. You will be responsible for but not limited to the following files;

• Leases
• Acquisitions
• Disposals
• Development work
• Planning Issues
• Assignment
• Buying and Selling

The Candidate
You will be an experienced Solicitor / Lawyer with 10 years PQE and will have managed a caseload of you own. You will have excellent attention to detail as well as excellent communication skills. You will be expected to take an active role in Networking and business development to generate new clients and contacts as well as maintaining current relationships
