Our client based in West Yorkshire (BD) have over 200 years old Legal experience and are considered experts in their field of Law. Currently looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join the ambitious and successful team.

You will be responsible for a pre-existing caseload as well as being actively involved in the development of new files and clients.

Services that the firm offer include;

• Transfer of equity
• Wills & Probate
• Lasting powers of attorney
• Administration of estates
• inheritance tax
• Capital gains tax
• Contentious Probate (Ideal not Essential)

As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be qualified as solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 1 years' experience. You will already have dealt with Private Client matters in your previous role. STEP would be an advantage but not a deal breaker for the role.
