My client is a leading law with who are Legal 500 recognised, they have a fantastic reputation for taking a pragmatic and straight-talking approach. They are seeking top talent to join and be part of their continuing success. We are assisting in the recruitment of an experienced Conveyancer

They are looking to recruit a qualified Solicitor, Conveyancer or Legal Executive with experience however they will consider unqualified candidates with 2 years+ experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner

The role
As a fee earner you will be responsible for a caseload of residential conveyancing files from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for but not limited to;

• Freehold and Leasehold
• Help to Buy
• New build (purchase and sale)
• Right to Buy
• Shared ownership
• Mortgages/Re-mortgages

The candidate
You will have a minimum of 2 years PQE, you will be an effective team player and will demonstrate excellent client can internal communication skills, we well as the ability to build and maintain client relationships. ideally you will have experience using case management systems.
