Employment Solicitor (NQ - 2 PQE)

Our client is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their thriving firm at their office in Blackburn. They offer a solid career growth path and it is the ideal opportunity for a NQ- 2 PQE or for a candidate who is due to qualify soon

The successful candidate must have:

• Previous experience of within a law practice and also fee earning
• Solid experience dealing with:
• Handling their own full caseload
• Drafting and Reviewing Employment Contracts (TUPE, Restrictive Covenants, Settlement, Redundancy, Unfair Dismissals, Discrimination, Tribunals)
• Good communication skills able to interact with clients effectively and efficiently
• Reviewing Client Handbook's
• Drafting complex legal documents including pleadings, letters of advice and also witness statements
• Resourcefulness and Resilience.
• Organisational Skills and Keen Eye for Detail
• Professional
• Is enthusiastic about business development
