The successful applicant will undertake a rewarding caseload of commercial property matters whilst exceeding the firm’s high standards of professionalism and client care at all times.
Responsibilities
• Lease renewal and extensions
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Acquisitions of freehold and leasehold properties
• Property disputes
• Franchise agreements
• Property tax issues
• Developments
• Utilities licences
• Construction matters
• Joint ventures and partnerships
• Environmental matters
• Liaising with clients and various other professionals
• Participating in business development and marketing events
• Meeting firm set billing targets
The Candidate
• Applications are encouraged from newly qualified solicitors and legal executives
• Solid experience in commercial property is essential for this role
• Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills both verbally and written
• Take a proactive approach with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks
• Be a strong team player who is able to work individually under your initiative
