Head of Legal

One of the West Midlands largest privately-owned businesses are looking for a Head of Legal to join them in-house for a full-time and permanent Corporate Governance focused role in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a key planned appointment to support the group as it continues to grow ambitiously through both acquisitions and organic growth.

Responsibilities of your new role

As Head of Legal your core duties will include:

• Creating a new Corporate Governance framework and rolling this out to all divisions
• Overseeing the outsourced Company Secretarial function
• Daily contact with shareholders and senior management.

Candidate requirements

To be successful in your application to this Corporate Governance position you should demonstrate:

• Experience holding a similar position in another organisation or seeking the next step up
• Experience of designing and implementing governance framework
• Exposure to handling company secretary responsibilities

Salary

The successful Head of Legal will be offered £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, plus benefits.
