A highly regarded international firm in Birmingham is looking to recruit a number of paralegals with commercial contracts experience to assist on a large project.
It is essential that you have had exposure to reviewing and drafting commercial contracts or had previous experience of working on a due diligence exercise.
The role is due to commence at short notice and is likely to run for a number of weeks.
