RTA Litigation Executive.
Due to strategic growth plans at this well run local practice in Bury, an opportunity has arisen for an RTA litigation executive to join their successful team.
This is your opportunity to join a successful specialist personal injury firm which deals with a variety of personal injury claims including RTA, EL/PL, holiday sickness, and claims arising from cosmetic procedures. You will be responsible for handling your own caseload of between 130-180 RTA files, including pre-litigated matters (both on and off the MOJ portal) and litigated matters.
To apply for this role you must have experience handling both litigated and pre-litigated RTA claims. Ideally you will have experience with dealing with credit hire, although this is not essential. You should have experience working to targets and a good billing record. Experience using Proclaim would be advantageous.
In return, you will be offered private medical insurance and 25 days holiday.
