Private Client Solicitor

The Role

The firm is seeking a Private Client Senior Associate / Partner to join their flourishing Uckfield, East Sussex office.

The Private Client department has grown year on year and is highly ranked in the legal 500. They deal with a high quality of work, focusing on quality, with Solicitors dealing with manageable caseloads.

The Private Client department is currently thriving, they deal with a varied caseload, often acting for HNW individuals, company owner's entrepreneurs. Both based in the UK and non-UK clients dealing with a varied caseload including; Complex wills and assets, Tax planning, Estates, Trusts, LPOA, Probates and some contentious probate matters.

You will be at the forefront of this growing department, working alongside the other Partner to further drive the firm forwards, now is an exciting time to join in terms of growth and prospects attached to the role.

This position comes with excellent prospects for progression, including Partnership.

Requirements

• You will be a Private Client Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE)
• You will have good experience of running your own high-quality private client caseload
• Energy, drive and enthusiasm are key
• You will have a meticulous eye for detail
• Excellent communication and client care skills are necessary
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package
