Financial Regulation Associate Solicitor.
Our client, a Top 100 international law firm, is looking for a non-contentious Financial Regulation Associate.
Working with the firm's diverse client portfolio which includes Banks, Trading Platforms, Life and Non-Life Assurance, as well as Wealth Managers; the aim of this role is to advise clients on regulatory matters both on a domestic and international front. This may include drafting of bespoke terms for financial products, dealing with regulatory change including issues relating to MiFID II and Brexit, as well as advising on PRA and FCA rules.
The successful candidate will play an important role within the team, helping to develop client relationships and developing junior members of the team.
To be considered for this unique and exciting position based in London, applicants will be a qualified Financial Regulation Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE gained from another City firm or large regional firm.
Demonstrating technical excellence and displaying strong client development skills, they must also possess sound judgement and strong interpersonal skills.
