Senior Legal Counsel - Contractor - 6 months

Description

A broad range of commercial legal work with an IT/ Software/ SaaS focus

You will be expected to get involved in complex commercial projects as well as the day to day ad-hoc legal issues, be able to build strong and professional relationships with all parts of the business and be used to working in a busy and fast-paced environment.

Profile

The candidate will need:

- To be a qualified solicitor with strong in house experience

- Experience of IT related legal issues and knowledge of technology/ Software/ SaaS agreements

- As a minimum requirement, the candidate must be a strong a commercial in house solicitor

- To have a personable and professional approach and be able to forge strong relationships with senior stakeholders
