Senior Residential Conveyancer
Greater Manchester
My Client are an established Traditional Law firm seeking either a Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join the growing team as Senior Residential Conveyancer.
You will be managing a caseload of quality Sales, Purchase, Leasehold and New Build files from inception to completion. This role also offers you the chance to supervise more junior members of staff and take that next step in your professional development.
The candidate does not need to have a following but an enthusiasm for getting involved with developing contacts; brokers and estate agents would be an advantage.
Ideally, the successful candidate will bring with them 2 years' experience managing Residential Conveyancing caseloads from start to finish.
