The Role

The firm are looking for a Conveyancing Solicitor to lead their Remortgages Team in Bolton.

The Law Society accredited Conveyancing department are 80 people strong and a member of the Conveyancing Association and many main lender panels. The teams have a wealth of experience and knowledge of all aspects of conveyancing including buying, selling, remortgaging, transfers, lease extensions, auction properties, new leases, self-builds, conversions and freehold title splits.

The firm has invested in technology to improve efficiencies and the speed of its transactions. In the last full financial year, the department completed over 8,500 property transactions!

Requirements:

• You will be a Conveyancing Solicitor with Team Leader experience
• You will have strong technical skills with regards to remortgages
• You must have excellent management skills
