The role

The firm is looking to bring in a Senior Residential Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to help head up their office in Surrey.

This position will involve the supervision of a strong team of juniors, where you would be responsible for their growth and development. It would also require you to take over a complex caseload of matter handed over by the former head of department who will guide you through the succession plan. The work will include a broad remit of Residential Property matters, but it will also be a good opportunity to gain experience in financing and secured lending.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with 5+ years' experience.
• You will be keen to go out and engage in business development and build up your own client base.
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are essential
• You should work well within a team
• You will deal with an excellent quality of work
• Salary is above market rate depending on your level of experience, plus an exceptional bonus structure and benefits package
