In House - Corporate Finance Lawyer - Leisure

OUR CLIENT

A successful and fast growing international organisation in the leisure sector, seeks to recruit a Solicitor c 3PQE + to handle a mainly corporate commercial workload.

THE ROLE

As a key member of a busy collegiate in house department, the post holder will report to the General Counsel and will be expected to work in a business facing capacity with responsibility for :-

Negotiating complex and bespoke contracts, including franchise, funding and JV agreements

Technology contracts

Assisting in acquisition integration

Regulatory matters, IP, Licensing and general commercial issues,

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, the successful candidate must have a strong corporate / contracts background, excellent commercial awareness and experience of managing projects independently. Applicants must have a solid academic record with experience gained from a leading UK law firm. individuals with leisure / hotel industry experience would be of particular interest

Applicants must be able to demonstrate first rate technical and commercial skills,
