A leading Top 100 UK law firm with an excellent reputation is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to join their busy HR department.

Reporting to the L&D Manager, you'll have a varied and interesting role, involved in all aspects of L&D including:

  • Administrative support for all L&D programmes, training courses and away days, including handling invitations, booking places on external course, booking venues and meeting rooms, arranging external speakers, equipment and catering etc;
  • Administering induction programme for all new starters;
  • Coordinating feedback processes, collating and compiling reports to management;
  • Administering firm’s CPD programme and assisting with regulatory compliance requirements;
  • Assisting with annual appraisal and performance review processes;
  • Contributing to firm’s Diversity and Inclusion programme;
  • Being first point of contact for enquiries from across the firm;
  • Liaising and building relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers;
  • Keeping accurate records and other ad-hoc administrative responsibilities;
  • Contributing to larger L&D projects.

The successful candidate will have 1-2 years' Learning and Development administration experience, preferably within a professional services environment.

You'll also be proactive and highly organised, and a confident communicator with people at all levels, with solid IT literacy.
