In-House - Commercial Property/Commercial ● Surrey

We are supporting a highly successful industrial services and engineering group that provides infrastructure and logistics services to customers in the energy and chemicals sectors. Due to business growth they have created a great new opportunity for a Legal Adviser.

Working as part of a small legal team and reporting to the Senior Legal Adviser, you will support in particular their UK operations. This will involve advising on contracts for the provision services (mainly with large international companies in the energy and chemicals sectors) and supporting the business on issues arising from their UK commercial property portfolio (which is significant and mainly leasehold). You will additionally provide general legal advice to all areas of the business.

This role can to an extent be moulded to suit a generalist Commercial Solicitor or Commercial Property Solicitor, who wish to transition (with support) into a broader commercial role. What is key is that you are a bright, personable UK qualified Solicitor who is a good team player.

The company is based in the South London/Surrey area, close to the M25 and with easy access by rail or car. They offer a positive, very well balanced (9-5) and stable working environment together with a competitive remuneration package. Salary is according to experience but expected to be around £55-£60k mark plus package that includes pension (9% employer contribution), private medical, life insurance and on-site parking.
