A prestigious US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Junior Billing Assistant to support the London and European Offices, on a permanent basis.  This is a fantastic opportunity for either a recent Graduate looking for a career in finance, or a candidate with some billing/finance experience within a professional services environment.  Responsibilities will include researching and gathering missing information related to billing materials, analysing and reconciling billing information with online, computer records, reviewing all bills received from Partners and corrects as required, maintaining up-to-date client billing histories, developing and maintaining rapport with Partners, following through unpaid bills and unbilled time, performing other administrative or billing duties, as required, to assist the Partners or Finance team.  In addition, responsibilities related to maintaining firm and client information are to be adhered to by all employees.
